Clogging is a folk dance derived from traditional European, early African-American & traditional Cherokee dance forms. It settled in the Appalachian Mountains as early as the 18th century as a social dance and still lives through traditional and contemporary dance forms today. Our teams incorporate tap-jazz, Canadian step dance, buck, hip-hop and much more. Some areas now call clogging "Power Tap".
Our dance teams are comprised of students ages 3 through adults. Male and female.
The teams perform throughout the year at various venues such as community functions and festivals, bluegrass festivals and functions across the mid-south.
Call 870-243-8113 to book our group for your event.
The younger teams compete at local, state, and national levels.
